You have 30 days from delivery to return anything for a full refund — used or unused, blended-in or worn once. Electronics carry a 1-year warranty on the motor and battery. Your first size exchange on a garment is free.

How to return something

    Open the returns portal and enter your order number and email.

    Pick the items and a reason. The reason genuinely matters — it is how we fix sizing and packaging. 

  • 3.

    Print the label, or ask for a QR code if you don't have a printer. 

  • 4.

    Drop it off. Refunds are issued within 3 business days of arrival.

The warranty, precisely

One year from delivery on the motor, battery and charging port of every TIBLENDS blender and scale. If it stops working, stops holding charge, or the port fails, we replace the unit. We do not ask you to ship the faulty one back — it costs more to freight than to replace.

What the warranty does not cover: a cracked jar from a drop, blades dulled by blending something the spec sheet says not to (bones, whole nuts dry, hard spices), water damage from submerging the motor base, or a unit bought from anywhere other than tiblends.com or an authorised marketplace listing.

Hygiene exceptions

Two things we can't accept back once opened, for hygiene reasons: smoothie sachets with a broken seal, and worn intimate garments returned without the original hygiene liner in place. Try a garment on over underwear and keep the liner attached until you're sure. Everything else comes back, no questions.

Frequently asked questions

How long does TIBLENDS delivery take in Lagos?

One to two working days from dispatch, and we dispatch within a working day of your order being confirmed. The rider calls before arriving.

Do you deliver outside Lagos?

Yes, to all 36 states and the FCT. South-West 3–4 working days, South-East and South-South 3–5, North-Central 3–5, and far North 4–6.

Is delivery free?

Free on orders over ₦75,000. Below that it's charged by zone—see the table on this page.

Can I pay on delivery?

In Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt, yes—cash or bank transfer to the rider. Other states are prepaid by Paystack or bank transfer, because we pay the courier upfront.

What if I'm not home when the rider comes?

Riders make two attempts and call before each. After that the parcel returns to the hub, and we'll arrange a new date with you on WhatsApp.

Can I collect instead of paying for delivery?
