Where is my order?

Your tracking link is in your dispatch email. If it hasn't moved in 3 business days, email us with the order number.

I want to return something

Start it yourself at the returns portal — no need to email first. 30 days, used or unused.

My blender stopped charging

Warranty claim. Email with your order number and a short video of the issue; we replace inside the 1-year warranty without asking for the unit back.

Wrong size

Exchanges are free once per order. Check the size guide first — it's more accurate than the label.
